Gongfu Cha / Gaiwan Method

4 to 7 Grams
95C water (Water of the boil can be used to get a potent infusion from the start)
One rinse is optional as it is quite clean as a production.

Grandpa Style:
Take a 14oz mug or larger and take a 2-4 gram size medallion and drop it in rinse it if you feel you need to then take 90C water and fill it up, drink then fill when water is close to finished.
