Hot Honey speaks for itself, hard to over steep and as sweet as dark sugar on short steeps and heavy on chamomile sweetness when brewed long.

A great tea for anytime of the day.

A white tea from Northern Vietnam from the Lùng Vài area of Hà Giang.
Wild trees in origin, estimated age of the trees is 100 plus year old trees.

Gongfu Cha / Gaiwan Method

5 ~ 9 grams in 100 ~ 150 ml for 30 sec
95°C water

Reduce the water temp after 3 infusions and steep for longer periods of time.

Teapot Brewing / Grandpa Style

Grandpa style: 2-3 teaspoons or a chunk as big as a dollar coin, in a 8oz mug or more.
Rinse once, wetting the leaves for 5 sec, throw out the water.

Fill with boiling or 90°C water, let the leaves settle at the bottom and wait for the water to cool to prefrence. Enjoy.
Refill as needed or when the leaves are level with the water.


Teapot Method:250ml or more
2 ~ 4 teaspoons (5 ~ 10 grams)

90°C ~ 95°C

1st infusion: 2 ~ 4 minutes

2+ infusions: 5 min
