Same middle sized tall arbor trees and farmer as the 2019 Naka.

This expression was machine rolled and fired unlike the 2019 production.

Middle age trees, 20 to 30 years old.

Stronger cherry flavour then the 2019 expression, lots of berry and pineapple notes in the aroma. Fruit punch and tropical aromas are a plenty.

Longer brews bring more coffee-cherry flavour as the tea begins to loosen and the . Shorter steeps have unripened tropical fruit quality.

This tea is alot stronger and bolder, the astringency and bitterness deliver a very full and rich profile, the best way to describe it is as a "juicy" brew.

Gongfu Cha / Gaiwan Method

4-8 Grams at 100-150ml

90°C

Steep times:
10 sec, add 15 seconds for every infusions after the first 3

Because this puerh is still aging, the astringency and bitterness has to be tamed by using very short steeps and a lower temp.

Teapot Brewing / Grandpa Style

Grandpa method: Take a quarter sized chunk and rinse the tea with some boiling water.
Fill the cup and wait for the mug to cool down and enjoy.
Refill as needed or when the water is level with the leaves.

Teapot Method:250ml or more
1 ~ 2 teaspoons (2.5 ~ 5 grams)
