Another daily drinker from the Bagua shan area.
This Oolong was given a medium-high roast as of November 2022.
The roasting char has settled and savoury veggie aromas and notes have started to emerge.
Roasted sweet potato is whats most apparent, there are hints of caramel and sometimes darker oven toasted fruits; plum and dates if brewed in higher concentrations for short step times.
Low elevation growth, great oolong for after lunch.
A bit higher in caffeine then the darker roasted QingXin.
